What do they mean by a "permanent installation" at Wembley?

Muse just won the accolade for Greatest Event in the history of the old and new Wembley Stadium for their H.A.A.R.P. tour (deserved, they're my favorite band ever). It was said that they'll be honored with a "permanent installation at Wembley Stadium which sport and music fans can enjoy for many years to come." Does anyone know what they mean by this? Is it gonna be a Muse logo on the stadium, or what?
