My workout routine ? Need help please?

Im 5ft 9 weight 162 im in ok shape but want tone up flatten my little beer belly i work 5 times day i do light weights alot of reps like 40 mintues 2 sets situps of 20 couple push ups than did cardio for half hour 15 on treadmill and 15 on stairmaster then Play basketball for hour or so then sauna and steam room and swin for half hour i eat alot better no white bread but still regualr food nothing crazy one week have like pizza or something bad but mostly good food also i take muslcle milk light before after workout i lost weigt but need flat stomach im 30 please help me what need to do
