How can I flatten my stomach and get thinner thighs?

I am doing the same thing that your trying to do flat stomache and good legs. Basically you need to some type of excersize like running. I have cut out soda completely from my diet and mostly drink water. I have also got out all breads and of course candy and cookies. In the first 3 days I felt a huge difference. I try to eat 7 mini meals a day. (An apple can count as a meal). this is for 2 reasons....1. so you dont overeat during every meal. and 2. to keep your metobolism up. I also recommend a lot of stretching excersizes such as yoga and crunches.
