HOW TO COMPLETELY FLATTEN YOUR BELLY IN 3 WEEKS?

Okay, first off getting a flat belly is going to take some MAJOR dedication! I'm right there with you, I have a beach vacation in 3 weeks as well! What I suggest to you is try strength training. This means anything to build your muscles! Things like weight lifting, pushups, lunges, etc. Muscle won't make you bulky I promise! The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn. Then on your moms treadmill, do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio each day. This will burn off those calories and get the stubborn belly fat to decrease. As for a diet, stick to lots of protein, veggies, and whole grain carbs. Good luck with everything! :)
