I eat healthy, and run a lot through the week but it seems my overall fat loss isnt going as well as I want it to. I can lose 10-15 pounds but the spots I want gone are still there. Im 25, 5 foot9 and 195 pounds. I dont look bad at all, I just want down to 180 pounds is all. I was thinking of mixing it up doing p90x with running and other types of cardio? What is best for losing chest fat? I just want it flattened and not so pointy
