How do I get hi-res images from my sony cybershot dsc-h3?

I have the image size set to 8M but when I upload my images to the computer they're always at 72 dpi. I'm shooting artwork and I need the highest resolution possible. When I zoom in on the art on the computer the pixels are fuzzy. What setting on my camera will give me the highest res possible?
