Wat can i do 2 fall asleep without taking so many sleeping pills...?

i usually take 8 sleeping pills (50 dpi, ithink thts the correct term) but i just get high off of it, i dnt even fall asleep. i tried not thinkin bout anything, il go mess with my car, smoke... notin works. any ideas
