Im 20 years old I've been working out for a while now and I've seen progress but I can't seem to tighten my chest. I bench press, incline, and do flies. I don't have "man-boobs" or anything but I have a little bit of fat over my chest, which causes it to pop out a little. I don't have a gut or anything like that. It's just my chest that I can't get the way I want it to. What else can I do to tighten and flatten out my chest or is all I can do just wait? I also run too as well as work out. Thanks
