When i use the toner for platinum blonde hair should i use the purple shampoo after?

im planning on bleaching my hair ONCE.use the ion Color Brilliance Permanent Creme Hair Color,ive seen reviews of people who use this and this turn their hair platinum with just one bleaching.i was wondering if after using the toner i can use the purple shampoo called Shimmer Lights to get it lighter or if it wont be necessary after the toner? or should i just bleach it and use the shampoo?
