Shar pei Entropion Surgery covered under direct line pet insurance?

I don't know how long you have been insured with them was it from a puppy when you got him or more recently. The reason i ask is that if he has only been with them for a short periods and had eye problems before you took out the policy and he had seen a vet for the problem they may not cover it . My dog had a similar problem that some of her eyelashes started to grow inwards so need to see specailised vet and need two opertaions and my insurance Morethan that i had been with seen she was a puppy paying up no problems. But each insurance company have ther own rules. You best better is to ring and ask. Good luck.
