Would a printed 16x20 poster look okay if the image size was originally 8x10 at 300 dpi?

I'm working at an artist alley and I've been drawing posters at 8x10 sized canvases on Photoshop with 300 dpi resolution. Would they look okay if I printed them out on 16x20 sized posters? Would they look too pixelated? Thank you!
