Track&Field and Cross Country are great sports for individuals that lean you down, as well as strengthen you. They require focus, but if you don't want to go overboard on the working out aspect, that's not necessary. Cross Country is also good because it doesn't require much natural speed or athleticism, it is mostly an acquired skill from practice. And if you run enough, you get to enjoy runner's high.
