Alright semi permanent is most likely recommended to be used with bleach so the color is more vivid. What you can do is use Sun in hair lightener it is natural way to make your hair lighter.Whichever decision you make if you do not like it you have to dye it back to your original color.So i suggest thinking really hard before you do something to your hair.
