RAW to JPG conversion?

I took a ton of RAW photos on my Canon 60D and I want to put them on facebook, so they have to be JPG. I'm using the Canon Digital Photo Professional to convert them to JPG and I'm just wondering if 350 dpi is the highest quality to which I can convert them. Because I want them to be the greatests quality possible. Also, does anyone know how to make facebook not ruin photo quality? I hate how a photo taken with a Canon 60D looks like a cell phone picture, even when you upload in "high resolution." Thanks so much
