Magic: The Gathering. Need to find a card.?

I want to find a card thats ability is "When this creature/sorcery/instant enters the battlefield, put x counters on target permanent." My goal is to be able to play cards that will level up my planeswalkers quickly. Mention all colors and non colorless cards, but red or white is preferred.
