How safe is it to be a gay couple/pagan in the Cardiff area?

My wife was offered a permanent position in Cardiff. We are a married lesbian couple currently living in America with 4 children. How safe would it be for us to move to the Cardiff area and are there any areas that would be our "best bet"? Also me and one of my daughters are practicing pagans, would it be safe if people were to find out? Is there a pagan community in the Cardiff area?
