hi, i've been in provincial gymnastics for over three years , but i havnt seen any improvement in my body figure. No matter how much i work on my abs and core, my bloated stomach doesnt ever go away. are there any excercises i cab do to make it flat for good? note that i have abs so i am not dying to strengthen them, but rather to flatten my stomach. i do excercises that my coach tells me and special workouts i find on the internet, but they dont seem to work. help would be great, thanks so much:)
