Well It's summer and Now I can do whatever I want. It's been 3 weeks since I've been staying up the whole night to about 5 am I and I go to sleep then til about 11-12 so about 6-7 hours of sleep each day for these 3 weeks is that bad for my health? I stay up all night watching tv and playing video games and such, will it have any bad effects on me ? or permanent?
