Do I have the chickenpox?

I've never had chickenpox before and I don't know if I have the vaccine or not. last night I found some red bumps on my chest/ arms. They were minor, looked like ant bites but had no itch. There was maybe ten at most. I didn't think anything of it until today when my friend who I had been in contact with thinks she has it. We had went to the gym on sunday and used their hot tub. The following day, their hot tub was closed off, maybe it was in the water? New bumps have appeared but the old ones had faded, no blistering or itching at all. The new ones I found roughly two hours ago have already flattened and become less red. There's no itch or blistering whatsoever. I feel fine, no sore throat, fever or anything. Could this be a really mild case?
